What a Great Day Outside the Transfer Station!

This past Saturday was an incredible day outside at our monthly bulky waste event at the transfer station! We had the opportunity to connect with so many wonderful community members while handing out flags, bottles of water, and bracelets. It was also a fantastic platform to share my nomination to run for the Pomfret School Board of Education. I couldn’t have done it without the amazing support of my husband, Tony, our friend Don, and our close friend's son, Glen. Their help with setup and cleanup was invaluable, and they were fantastic in handing out materials to everyone who stopped by. It was heartwarming to see the community come together, and I am excited about the journey ahead. Thank you to everyone who stopped by and showed their support!
