Town of Pomfret Comes Together to Petition for a Full Day Referendum

After the false accusations on WINY today, we felt it was important to share the front and back of the petition our citizens circulated after the First Selectman appeared on WINY, explaining why we don't want a full-day referendum. This was also brought up at a recent Board of Selectmen meeting, where Maureen did say she heard some citizens may have an interest in it, she has talked to multiple citizens about the want, and she failed to lead and properly discuss and bring this to light for us so we utilized our rights to petition for it after she's made sure to DENY every single motion Martha Emilio has made thus far. We, the people, have rights despite what the biased Board of Selectmen may think.
